INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION FOR VIDEO PRESENTATION

ALL ABSTRACTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ON THIS PORTAL

No Phone calls will be entertained regarding acceptance of any abstracts; the scientific Committees decision will be final.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
  1. REGISTRATION: Registration for conference is mandatory for presenting author for abstract submission.
  2. LANGUAGE: Abstract must be typed and presented in English
  3. FONT: Use font type Times New Roman, Font Size 12
  4. WORD LIMIT: The abstract must be written within 300 words - excluding title, and the names of the author (s) and their institutions
  5. CONTENT: The submitted abstracts must contain the following:
    • Objectives: State the main objective of the study
    • Materials and methods: Briefly describe the design of the study and how it was conducted
    • Results: Present the main results with appropriate statistics
    • Conclusion: Limit the conclusions to those that are directly supported by the results.
  6. TITLE: The title of the abstract must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS with the exception of scientific names, which should be in upper- and lower-case forms and italicized.
  7. PRESENTING AUTHOR DETAILS:
    • The presenting author’s name must be underlined.
    • The presenting author’s name, institution, address, telephone and email address must be provided.
    • Presenting authors must be registered for the conference. Only Registered delegates will be allowed to present.
  8. RIGHTS TO PUBLISH: In submitting the abstracts the authors also grant the organizing committee the right to publish the abstract in the proceedings both in hard and electronic form
  9. DEADLINE: All abstract must be received on or before 31st July, 2023.
  10. ACCEPTANCE: Presenting author shall be notified of the status of the abstract after being reviewed by the committee, by email. Authors selected for presentation will be informed by 31st August 2023. Once the Abstract has been selected the Presenter will have to make a Video Presentation of 8 Mins and submit the video on or before 31st September 2023. Video to be submitted in the following formats: avi, mp4, WEBM, Maximum size of the video should not exceed 100 MB. Communication in this regard will be made through emails only. Hence including your email address & contact details along with abstract is mandatory.

  12. All Abstracts for publication have to be submitted ONLY in the format prescribed.
  13. Only abstracts of papers actually presented at the conference will be sent to the Journal editor for publication and if they are in the prescribed format.
  14. Those Selected for Oral Presentations have the option for publication in TH&MT. Please Follow the Telehealth and Medicine Today Requisites (https://telehealthandmedicinetoday.com/index.php/journal/about/submissions) an indexed international journal will bring out a Special Edition “Proceedings of Telemedicon -23” This will include ONLY selected PAPERS actually presented at the conference. The full text of the paper must reach the Guest Editor (email: getmt2023@gmail.com) before 31st October 2023. No delays will be condoned. All submissions must be only in the format prescribed under Instructions to authors https://telehealthandmedicinetoday.com/index.php/journal/about/submissions must be strictly followed
  15. Full text of the articles will initially be pre reviewed by the editorial committee of TSI. Articles which fulfil all criteria laid down, will then be sent to the journal for peer review. Authors will be informed of reviewers’ comments by December 15th 2023. For accepted articles any changes suggested must be incorporated and the final corrected article directly uploaded into the Journal website by December 31st at the latest. The special issue is slated for release in March 2024
  16. Your abstract will be scored on the following criteria:
    • Scientific merit of the abstract.
    • Adequate sample size and proper statistical analysis.
    • Adherence to instructions, and Originality of work
  17. Your Photo & CV to be submitted during Abstract submission.
