Dr. Selvakumar is a prominent figure in telemedicine, having served as the Chairman and Founder Member for the past two decades. He is a distinguished member of various neurosurgical organizations, including the Asian Congress of Neurosurgeons, Neurological Society of India, and the International Society of Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery. His contributions extend to government initiatives, as he has been a member of the Task Force Committee for the Ministry of Health in the Government of India.
