Mr. Vinod N Sawantwadkar, is the CEO of one of the oldest and most respected Pune-based Jehangir hospital, hospital runs elaborated super specialties and specialties disciplines with extensive post-graduate, diploma, and fellowship programs.
 
Vinod Sawantwadkar has 17+ years of expertise in driving the multi-disciplinary team, Governance, Strategies, Financial Management, Business Processes, and Operational excellence. He is a transformational change catalyst who continually challenges the status quo and pioneers “future-proof” strategies and has a proven track record of creating synergies between stakeholders, departments, and teams while building consensus on priorities.
 
Vinod is experienced in leading the entire spectrum of hospital, he is goal-oriented, analytical, and a people person. He manages to combine strategic, high-level issues with a solid focus on details.
 
He is an MPhil scholar in Hospital and Health System Management from Christian Medical College and BITS Pilani and has also done his Master of Business Administration. He is passionate about playing lawn tennis, singing, trekking, and swimming. 
 
He is a member of “NATHEALTH”, medical value travel for western region. In the past he was the convener of a subgroup of the Healthcare CII Maharashtra panel. He is an active member of CII - Young Indians.
